Cat, Birthday and Run

1. My beautiful cat lying in the sunshine today; looking so content. 

2. Celebrating my mum's birthday with surprise flowers. 

3. Running this evening in such beautiful surroundings. The highlight was the dappled light through the woods.

Training, Surprises, Sunshine

1. Being able to participate in a training session and be an active participant rather than a presenter means I am focused. 

2. A surprise parcel delivery of a gift from my father in law. A puzzle. Made me smile. 

3. The sunlight through the kitchen window is warm and comforting.

Trainride, River, Holiday

1. The relaxing train journeys both in to and away from work.

2. The river Medway looking so inviting and making me want to go sailing. 

3. Today is technically my last proper working day until a relaxing holiday.
